Requirements

  • Previous I.T. or customer service experience a bonus but not required

Job Responsibilities

  • Support services for setup and maintenance of desktop and laptop computers
  • Support services for Microsoft related technologies: Office, Windows Server, Exchange, etc.
  • Implement and support disaster recovery solutions
  • Technical services and support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security
  • Remote access solution implementation and support: VPN, Terminal Services, and Citrix
  • System documentation to include system reviews and recommendations
  • Communication with customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages
  • Communicate with dispatch to ensure that scheduling appointments and deadlines are being met
  • Assist in answering phones and doing any other necessary tech work when in-house or as required

Previous I.T. or customer service experience a bonus but not required. We hire based on your ability to work with people, and learn and grow through training. Wages are based on experience.
